    By far some of the best Italian food I have ever had, and I grew up in Rhode Island, where my friends mothers and grandmothers still made homemade pasta. The espresso is better than many I have had in the north end. The subs the pasta the desserts, everything. It has inside a quirky/ elegant/neighborhood feel, hard to describe. If you are there during an especially busy time,There will be a wait, but otherwise, no. Worth it to savor the wonderful food.

    Second time here and got their Italian Sub. Authentic and yummy! Small little place with just a few tables inside and a few outside for warm weather nights. They have beer, wine, and Italian dishes too. I live in southern New Hampshire and wish I was closer to this place. Delicious!

    Embarrassed to say that I've driven by this place hundreds of times. My wife and I tried 3 other Italian restaurants in town then my wife remembered this place. We got a table outside to listen to the band. Initially the service was slow. They recovered and the rest of the meal was great. Pleasant, knowledgeable and didn't make me us feel rushed. The meatballs are GREAT and the veal was very good. The portions are very large. Good beer selection and the martinis were good too. When we got the bill I thought they forgot to put something on it. Cafe Sicilia went from unknown to top of the list. Can't wait to go back!!!

    I love the food and the people are pleasant too. Had to have the eggplant and a couple of meatballs with gravy and they were great.
